4 parent sessions (focus areas: reducing accommodations, behavior plans, etc.)
1 parent psycho-education module (SPACE)
Worksheets and exposure plans between sessions
Email check-ins as needed
Cost: $2,600 (insurance may cover a portion of this)
8 child/adolescent therapy sessions with clear goal settings
6 parent sessions
1 school consultation (if desired) to align strategies between home and school
2 parent psycho-education modules (SPACE)
1 child focused psycho-education module
Worksheets and exposure plans between sessions

Weekly phone check-in (15 min) between sessions if desired
Cost: $3,200 (insurance may cover a portion of this)
This category is reserved for more involved work requiring extensive family intervention and/or additional school based consultations. Tier 3 includes everything from Tier 2, but can be expanded in scope as needed. Cost varies depending on case complexity.
